  1. Admission to The Graduate School, see Admission Requirements 
  2. Admission to the Certificate Program:

A. Urban Specialist Supplemental Application

3 letters of reference (one by current principal)

Interview with UTC faculty and Hamilton County School Personnel

Course Requirements - cohorts begin each summer

Total: 18 hours
