The Department of Data Analytics offers a specialized program designed to prepare students with essential skills for careers in both the private and public sectors.

The mission of the Department of Data Analytics is to:

1. Support the broader objectives of the College of Business by integrating data analytics into the business curriculum.
2. Provide data analytics majors with comprehensive training to develop the necessary analytical and problem-solving skills for professional success in data-driven roles.
3. Offer students in other business disciplines the opportunity to gain foundational and advanced knowledge in data analytics, enhancing their competence and marketability.
4. Equip non-business majors with critical data analytics skills to improve their personal competencies or to meet specific career goals.

The Department of Data Analytics is dedicated to maintaining high educational standards, bolstered by faculty research and a commitment to contributing positively to the community and professional fields related to data analytics.
