MGT 5370 - Leading Responsibly (3) Credit Hours
This course examines the ethical aspects of individual and business decision making as well as the challenges associated with leading responsibly in a rapidly changing external environment. It includes macro-level analyses of the roles and responsibilities of business and micro-level analyses of ethical decision-making processes by individual managers. Topics include behavioral and normative business ethics, stakeholder management principles and processes, fair treatment of employees, privacy and the ethical implications of technology, sustainability and community relations, and the effective design of ethical and legally compliant organizations. Only open to MS Management students. Differential Course Fee will be assessed. Business Graduate Course Fee will be assessed.
