NURS 7410 - Reproductive Health in the Primary Care Setting (3) Credit Hours
This course promotes the student’s transition to the role of advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). Students will be expected to synthesize the concepts of assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic management of disease processes of female patients, patients who identify as female, and connected family members (specified patient population). Emphasis is placed on common acute and chronic conditions. Prerequisites: NURS 7100, NURS 7110, NURS 7120 DNP, NURS 7220, or Director approval. Corequisites: NURS 7420 or Director approval. Only open to Nurse Practitioner DNP students or Director approval. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
