NUTR 4360 - Nutrition Assessment Lab

(1) Credit Hours

This course covers fundamental principles and techniques of the art and science of nutritional assessment. Opportunities to apply nutritional assessment skills and interpret assessment data will be plentiful. Corequisites: NUTR 4350  and NUTR 4370  or Department Head approval. Dietetics majors only. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
