LEAP 4305 - Application of Mission, Vision, and Values in Organizations

The course will focus on developing and applying mission, vision, and values for organizations. Emphasis will be on identifying the potential impact on organizational performance when an organizational culture establishes and makes informed decisions based on mission, vision, and values. Focus will be on the application and use of mission, vision, and values to meet group and organizational goals. Students will develop and analyze various organizations to assess the application of mission, vision, and values and possible improvements for the organizations. Every semester.Prerequisites: LEAP 3010 Only open to BAS Applied Leadership majors.
