The atmosphere about us and its interactions with human society. Atmospheric origin, composition, moisture, temperature, general circulation, pollution problems, and how these processes create both usual and unusual weather patterns. Atmospheric storm systems receive special attention. Lecture 3 hours. Pre or Corequisites: GEOG 1010 or GEOL 1110 or ASTR 1010 or ESC 1500 or ESC 1510 or GEOL 2250 or Department Head approval.
