An exploration of justice and equity concepts in the context of law, policy, and the environment, focusing primarily on Native American experiences and the modern Environmental Justice movement. Fall semester. Restricted to Sophomore standing or higher. May be registered as EVST 3010. Credit not allowed in both ESC 3010 and EVST 3010.
