FIN 3710 - Real Estate Fundamentals

A survey course on real estate principles. Topics include property rights, ownership, economic and social issues, and brokerage. Fall semester. Prerequisites: FIN 3020, or FIN 3000 and 3 hours from ECON 1010, ECON 1020, all with minimum grades of C, or Department Head approval. Junior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
