Typographic strategies that focus on uniting aesthetics and purposeful communication. Emphasis on developing a variety of typographic strategies including lettering, type design, and designing with text. Spring semester. Studio hours 6. Prerequisites: ART 2601 or Department Head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
