PHYT 7230R - Physical Therapy Research (1-3) Credit Hours
This course provides students with opportunity to engage in and learn from research investigation relevant to the field of physical therapy. One of three project options will be adopted: research study, case reports, or knowledge translation. Consistent across project options are the students’ participation in designing and refining research question(s), literature search, appraisal, and synthesis, ethical research design, data collection, results analyses, and clinical implications. Fall and Spring semester. Prerequisites: Enrollment in the DPT Program; Successful completion of immediate prior semester’s DPT course work. Open to graduate students enrolled in the DPT Program only. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
