In-depth coverage of the theories, skills and issues related to effective leadership practice in business organizations. Exploration of individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, ethical issues for leaders, and the roles leaders play in organizations. Restricted to MBA, MSM, and MACC majors. Differential Course Fee will be assessed. Business Graduate Course Fee will be assessed.
