Probability theory, distribution of random variables, law of large numbers, central limit theorem, sampling distribution, random walk, algorithms for random number generation, Markov chains. Prerequisites: Background in probability and statistics at level of UTC MATH 3100 or MATH 4130 or Department Head approval.
