EDUC 5640 - Practicum for Literacy Instruction

This course provides an advanced focus in identifying and remediating problems in literacy acquisition and learning, as well as assessing growth in both teaching and learning. Coursework will support teacher knowledge of best practices in classroom instruction, with participants utilizing the inquiry approach as teacher-researchers to address specific challenges and needs of their classrooms and schools. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
