This course will examine the roles of cultural issues and other perspectives of influence within leadership practice and theory. Participants will read related literature representing a wide array of the multifaceted focus of the course. Learners will conceptually analyze and apply these concepts, both theoretically and practically, in relation to their professional practice.Open to EDD Leadership & Instruct Practice, EDD Learning & Leadership, PHD Leadership&Decision Making, PHD Learning and Leadership.
