ESC 5996 - Internship

The application of acquired technical/professional knowledge while working for an appropriate sponsoring organization actively involved in interdisciplinary environmental activities. Initiation of this project requires acceptance by the student’s graduate advisor where a written prospectus outlines the scale and scope of the work. The project requires at least 600 hours of work (i.e., 100 hours of work per credit hour) with the interning agency, and requires the guidance of a supervisor on site who will give the student’s advisor periodic updates of progress made toward the objectives of the internship.Graded S/NC.
