This course is an advanced level tourism course where students apply their knowledge and skills in solving actual problems related to planning and managing tourism. Topics covered in the course will include, but are not limited to, an overview of tourism systems and tourism impacts; concepts, issues, and players related to tourism planning and management; tools and techniques used in tourism planning and management; and sustainable tourism development.
