HHP 3720 - Health Communication

(3) Credit Hours

This course introduces the study and use of communication strategies to inform and influence decisions and actions to improve health. Applied examples of health communication and social marketing practices will be used throughout the course, along with an opportunity for students to develop their own health communication strategy. Prerequisites: HHP 3030 with a minimum grade of C and a minimum 2.5 overall GPA or department head approval.
