FREN 3500 - Textual Analysis III : Francophone Literature

Study of principal works and/or genres from the Francophone world (i.e., Quebec, the Caribbean, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa). Traditional survey or thematic approach to fiction, essay, poetry, and/or drama, with attention to the cultural, political, and social context of French literature. Prerequisites: FREN 2120 with a minimum grade of C or placement, or department head approval.
