This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth examination of serial murder. It focuses on the myths and stereotypes that have evolved from mass media and public efforts to find explanations for the relatively rare phenomenon of serial murder. Prerequisites: CRMJ 1100 or completion of social science general education requirement or department head approval.
