BUS 3360 - Business Law

(3) Credit Hours

Fundamental principles of commercial law including common law and UCC sales contracts, commercial paper, and secured transactions, real and personal property law including bailment arrangements, landlord-tenant law, bankruptcy, securities regulation, collective bargaining, and consumer protection law. Prerequisites: BUS 3350 or department head approval. Junior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
