THSP 2400 - War Atrocities in Film

Through selected films and their use of cinematic elements to reveal atrocities, students will study both international and American examples and assess what led up to these heinous actions. Students will analyze both fiction and non-fiction films, assessing their effectiveness through research of these films’ critical reception and the student’s own aesthetic judgment.
