History of urbanism, study of patterns of cities, spatial distribution of cities, and social and physical structure of cities of the Western world. Prerequisites: Any 1000-level GEOG course or SOC 1510 or department head approval. May be registered as GEOG 4150. Credit not allowed in both SOC 4150 and GEOG 4150.
