SOC 3230 - Sociology of Corrections

(3) Credit Hours

Historical and cross-cultural study of adult detention, punishment, and rehabilitation systems. Examination of political and social values as they relate to corrections. Every fourth semester. Prerequisites: SOC 1510  with a minimum grade of C or department head approval.
