MGT 4370 - Workplace Learning and Training (3) Credit Hours
A study of workplace learning, training, and development as a strategic function of the human resource management system to improve employee performance. Topics include needs assessment, effective design of learning interventions, learning theory and methods, training technologies, evaluation, performance improvement, and employee development. Fall and Spring semesters. Prerequisites: MGT 3320 with a minimum grade of C or department head approval. Junior standing. HR Majors Only. Differential course fee will be assessed.
