Application of the principles of nutrition in dietary management for meeting the physiological, psychological, and social needs of individuals and groups throughout the life cycle; focus on the postulated nutrient requirements in various environments and economic levels.Prerequisites: NUTR 1350   or department head approval.  Standard Letter Grade
