The basic information about accident prevention methods and techniques, plant inspection, health hazards and their control, accident records and reports, employee selection, placement and counseling based on legal, management, and technical aspects of the application of system safety engineering. Lecture 3 hours. Prerequisites: ENIE 3540 with minimum grade of C, senior standing, or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed.
