ENIE 4430 - Simulation and Modeling


(3) Credit Hours

Simulation of complex discrete-event systems with applications in industrial and service organizations. Introduction to modeling, random number generation, simulation design, and current simulation software package. Applications include a variety of industrial situations, including manufacturing and logistics simulation. Fall semester. Lecture 3 hours.  Prerequisites: ENEE 2250  or ENME 2240  with minimum grades of C or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed.
