BIOL 4440 - Developmental Vertebrate Embryology (4) Credit Hours
Current developmental processes and concepts drawn from selected invertebrate studies, but with major emphasis on experimentation in higher vertebrates. Laboratory explores vertebrate development through embryological slides, films and experimentation. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 4 hours. Prerequisites: BIOL 3060 and BIOL 3250 and BIOL 3350 with minimum grades of C or department head approval. BIOL 4050 recommended. Corequisites: BIOL 4440L or department head approval. Pre or Corequisites: CHEM 3020 and CHEM 3020L or department head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
