A cross-cultural introduction to philosophy. Covers philosophical traditions from regions such as Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific. Traditions covered may vary, but more than half the content of the course will be non-Western. Topics also vary, but may include ethics, mind, self, knowledge, reality, society, and meaning.
