PSPS 3620 - Public Service Law and Ethics

(3) Credit Hours

This course examines the basic and emerging legal responsibilities impacting the public sector by studying laws and regulatory issues impacting governments, nonprofit agencies, and governing boards.  Students focus on essential legal requirements, theories of effective governance, and ethical considerations.   Standard letter grade.
