NURS 4450 - Nursing Systems VI: The Adult with Acute Health Deviations

(7) Credit Hours

Concepts of nursing care of adults with acute health deviations including the application of concepts of Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory in the care of this patient population.  Every semester. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 12 hours.  Prerequisites: NURS 3310 , NURS 3350 , and NURS 3360 , or department head approval. Corequisites: NURS 4410  and NURS 4420  or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed. Standard letter grade.
