MGT 4510 - Production Planning and Control

(3) Credit Hours

Explores concepts and techniques utilized in solving problems associated with production planning and control. Master production scheduling, material requirements planning, production activity and control, capacity requirements planning, constraint theory, and current topics will be addressed to broaden the student’s working knowledge of production planning and control management. Fall semester. Prerequisites: MGT 3110  or department head approval. Junior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
