MGT 3300 - Concepts in Organizational Behavior (3) Credit Hours
An advanced survey of theory and research concerning the behavior of people in organizations. Topics include personality, communication, perception, group dynamics, stress, change and organizational culture. Class is taught extensively using experimental exercises and cases. Every semester. Prerequisites: MGT 3150 or department head approval. Junior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
