SOC 2500 - Social Statistics (3) Credit Hours
Basic statistical techniques such as frequency distributions and graphs, the normal curve, tests of significance, correlation, simple analysis of variance, and applications to sociocultural data and their interpretation. Spring semester. Prerequisite: Math ACT subscore of 22 or higher or MATH 1006 with minimum grade of C or USTU 1050 or department head approval. Credit not allowed in SOC 2500 after earned hours in any other statistics course.
