NURS 3250 - Nursing Systems II: Care of the Adult with Chronic Health Deviations

(8) Credit Hours

Concepts of nursing care of adults with chronic health deviations including the application of concepts of Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory in the care of this patient population. Lecture 4 hours, laboratory 12 hours. Every semester. Prerequisites: NURS 2110, NURS 2120, NURS 2150, and NURS 2160, or department head approval. Corequisite: NURS 3260 or department head approval. Standard letter grade. Differential course fee will be assessed.
