NURS 2150 - Nursing Systems I: Foundations of Nursing Practice (7) Credit Hours
An introduction to foundational concepts of nursing and health associated self-care deficits, including the application of concepts of Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory in the care of adults with self-care deficits. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 12 hours. Every semester. Prerequisites: NURS 2260 and admission to major, or department head approval. Corequisites: NURS 2110, NURS 2120, and NURS 2160, or department head approval. Standard letter grade. Differential course fee will be assessed.
