ENCH 3280 - Control Systems

Classical feedback control systems for continuous time systems. Block diagrams and performance criteria. Root locus, frequency methods and state space approach. Fall and spring semesters. Lecture 3 hours. Prerequisites: ENME 2240 or ENEE 2250 and ENME/ENCH 3030 or ENME 3050 all with a minimum grade of C and MATH 2450 or department head approval. Prerequisite or corequisite: ENCH 3280L or department head approval. Completion of ENEE 2700 is recommended. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
