NUTR 3330 - Food and Culture

(3) Credit Hours

An overview of the history of food: sociocultural, geographic, religious and ethnic influences of food and nutrition behavior. A combination of independent assignments, group projects and field trips will provide insight into food practices and cultural influences. Dietetics majors only.
