Topics addressed include production process selection; capacity scheduling; inventory management; product and process quality control issues; supply chain management; service operations management; and project scheduling. Prerequisite: PMBA 5010 with a grade of C or better or departmenthead approval. Open to PMBA majors only. Credit not allowed in both PMBA 5830 and MBT 5830. Standard letter grade. Differential course fee will be assessed.
