EMBA 6090 - Strategic Marketing Management 3 Credit Hours
The course focuses on the strategic marketing planning process within organizations and how managers create, communicate, and deliver value to customers to benefit both the organization and its stakeholders. The course addresses the decision-making tools needed to produce and implement marketing strategies for maximizing marketing and financial performance in today’s highly competitive, service-oriented, global economy. Topics include industry, competitive, and customer analysis, development of product/service, pricing, promotional, and distribution strategies, and examination of the customer satisfaction/retention/profitability relationship. Open to EMBA majors only. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both EMBA 6090 and MKT 5650. Differential Course Fee will be assessed
