BUS 5730 - Legal Environment and Business Ethics (3) Credit Hours
This course is intended to trace the historical foundations of business ethics and deeply examine the moral, legal, and economic perspectives that guide decision-making in this area. This course uses a case-based approach to help students understand the legal rules, regulations and processes that affect business decision-making as well as ethical implications of managerial decisions. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both BUS 5730 and EMBA 6030. Differential Course Fee will be assessed
