A study of selected topics in microbiology. Topics will be selected from such areas as structure and function of the procaryotic cell, food microbiology, industrial microbiology, soil microbiology, pathogenic microbiology, microbial metabolism, immunology, and virology. May be repeated when the topics differ. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
