CPSC 7910 - Special Topics in Computer Science and Engineering

Advanced topics of current interest in computer science and engineering not available in other computer science and engineering courses. The course is non-traditional and research-oriented in which an empirical research paper is the main deliverable at the end of the semester. Students will learn previous theories in computer science and engineering as well as suggesting their own and testing these new theories by means of empirical research; course material will be at the doctoral level; will be letter graded; may be repeated. Prerequisites: CPSC 5210 and CPSC 5800 or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed.
