CPSC 4130 - Introduction to Cloud Computing (3) Credit Hours
Introduction to the current practices of cloud computing, focusing on cloud computing models, techniques, and architectures. Provides knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-based software systems. Topics may include advanced web technologies, distributed computing models, virtualizations, parallelization, security/privacy, and other issues. Prerequisite: CPSC 2100 or department head approval. Supplementary course fee will be assessed.
