MATH 2030 - Discrete Mathematics for Computer Science


(3) Credit Hours

Designed primarily for students majoring in computer information systems. topics will include logic, introduction to mathematical induction, sets, relations, counting methods, graph theory and trees. Prerequisites: MATH 1830 or MATH 1910 and MATH 1911 with minimum grades of C; CPSC 1100 or department head approval. Credit not allowed in this course after completion of Mathematics 3030 or 4720 with a minimum grade of C.
