NUTR 4330 - Quantity Food Service


(3) Credit Hours

Principles, methods, and techniques in planning, purchasing, production, and service of food in quantity; selection and use of equipment; quality standards; laboratory experiences in approved local institutions. Includes 40 hours practicum in a food service facility. Prerequisites: NUTR 3260 and NUTR 4320 or department head approval. Dietetics majors only.
