NUTR 3310 - Experimental Food Science


(4) Credit Hours

Chemical and physical factors affecting food preparation, including experimental methods and individual experimentation in selected food problems. Lecture 3 hours, lab 2 hours. Spring semester.  Prerequisites: CHEM 3010/3010L, NUTR 2360, and one approved general education statistics course or department head approval. Corequisites: NUTR 3310L or department head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
