NURS 4550 - Nursing Systems VII: Concepts of Community Health

This course examines synthesis of concepts and practice of Nurse Agency applied to vulnerable populations and communities and focusing on applied community/public health principles that guide the practice of Nurse Agency in various multi-person unit of service settings with defines vulnerable populations. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 9 hours. Every semester. Prerequisites: NURS 4410, NURS 4420, and NURS 4450, or department head approval. Corequisites: NURS 4510, NURS 4560, and NURS 4570, or department head approval. Standard letter grade. Differential course fee will be assessed.
