    (4) Credit Hours

    Discusses Army staff organization, functions, and processes. Analyzes counseling responsibilities and methods. Examines principles of subordinate motivation and organizational change. Applies leadership and problem-solving principles to complex case studies and simulation.     A capstone course designed to explore topics relevant to second lieutenants entering the Army. Examines common platoon leader actions.
